Which Band Has The Most Dedicated Superfans?

Last night Jawbox ripped the roof off Studio 6B with not one but THREE songs: "Savory" (on the show) and "68" and "FF=66" (web exclusives only available on this here blog). If you couldn't tell from the people rocking out behind them, Jawbox has a seriously dedicated fan base. What you couldn't see on TV was that there were seated audience members really rocking out in their chairs the whole time, more than I've seen for any musical guest so far. So Jawbox wins the indie rock race for one band with dedicated fans. But what about other bands? There are several touring bands who have incredibly dedicated fans. What do you think? Which band has the most dedicated fans?

KISS has a media empire that is HUGE (as I write this I have a KISS promotional lamp on my desk - well played, Gene). It's been over 30 years later and they can still get their original fans to fill stadiums and paint their faces (and their kids faces too). And they're called an "army" which adds some cool cred to it.
